a little about the founder

Noelle has immersed herself in the study of health and nutrition since she was 17 years old. As a nutrition hobbyist, you’d always find her devouring the latest research, studies, trends, and books. After the birth of her second daughter, she began to study Nutritional Therapy through the NTA. Just before finals, Noelle was hit with a severe head injury and a grim health diagnosis for a close family member, both of which led her to the difficult decision of dropping out of school and releasing her official certification. She found herself instead inside hospital rooms among chemo infusions, or in a dark room with her own personal vertigo, pain, and panic attacks. But these things only took her deeper in her search to understand how God has created us to steward our bodies, even in the face of so much that threatens it. This led her to eventually create The Original Body—a place where Noelle has poured her heart out to help others experience freedom in their spirit, soul, and body.

As a wellness coach for women, Noelle is a huge advocate for animal-based nutrition, and healing the body at a metabolic, cellular level. Restrictive diets, fads, and overexercising are not her thing. Movement, healing, and reclaiming women’s health, are very much her thing!

Today, Noelle resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and three children where they enjoy traveling and adventuring (usually to the coast), snobbing over coffee, making friends with farmers at the markets and eating sourdough cinnamon rolls, laughing with good friends, and working out together. Noelle loves to stay active, eat good food, connect with others and with God.
